The first step is to provide me with two pieces of information:
For each form you will download to your computer. Fill out the form (these are fillable PDFs) and PRINT as PDF to save the data. Note, if you simply save, often the entered data will not save. Please Print to PDF when completed.
New Client Form- this tells me about you and/or your company. This is especially important for new businesses that I am creating.
ACH Form - this for gives Premier Tax authorization to debit your bank account each month for the client monthly ACH fee. This fee was agreed to upon the signing of your engagement letter provided.
